To make Tea Wisdom's exotic Jasmine Pearls tea, jasmine "tears" are hand rolled on bamboo trays after being mixed with jasmine buds. The young jasmine bud and first two leaves are rolled into shape before they are allowed to completely dry out, producing a delicate floral aroma.
